Group Housing Kitchens
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) holds an agreement with the Ann Arbor City Housing Inspection Bureau to inspect group housing kitchens for off-campus housing units affiliated with the University of Michigan Office of Greek Life and the Inter-Cooperative Council.
Off campus housing units include fraternities, sororities, and co-operative kitchens that provide group meals. These facilities must comply with the Group Housing Kitchen Guidelines to be issued a certificate of compliance, indicating a minimum level of safety and sanitation has been met.
