New M-Ship Suggestions for Hazardous Materials

Recently, shipments of lab materials from U-M through UPS have been returned or significantly delayed due to administrative issues on the carrier’s end. Procurement has therefore recommended to utilize FedEx as an alternative for Biological and Dry Ice shipments. FedEx has been very reliable with regard to delivery timing and success, and is comparable in price.
