PEERRS Research Administration

This module provides an introduction to essential information a Principal Investigator (PI) needs to know to conduct research responsibly as well as to interact with the research administration infrastructure of the University. The topics covered include UM procedures and forms, PI responsibilities, budgets and project accounts, pre-/post-award activities, and federal regulations. This module is one of three required for all Principal Investigators (PIs) and Co-Investigators (Co-Is). Up-to-date certification in this module as well a Conflict of Interest and Foundations of Good Research Practice is required prior the release of grant/contract funds by DRDA for use on new sponsored projects or on competing renewals.
